Question:	can't the line kit be extended or 16 foot max
Answer:	I haven't tried and don't see how you can. The fan can be charged to another source, or plugged in and also use batteries to be powered.
Question:	It says it "comes with precharged for line set lengths between 10'~25'" how do you order different lenghts when ordering through amazon
Answer:	When new quite a while ,,,,, 8-10 hours, depending on speed setting. Batteries rapidly wore down ,,, and didn't last mor than a few minutes.
Question:	Are there any parts that we would need to purchase that doesn't come with the system
Answer:	This one uses 4 regular AA batteries. There is no internal battery to recharge. And there isnt a USB port on any of the three that I have. But Im guessing that u could sure rechargeable AA batteries in this fan. Btw, this fan was great in the beginning but, for some reason, all three of mines are now apparently touch sensitive & therefore now tend to unpredictably shut off. Even the last one behaved the sme right out of the box. I havent figured out why, so I wouldnt recommend this particular fan model.
Question:	How hard is installation
Answer:	Its decently quiet & has good airflow. Thats why I ended up with 3. But for some odd reason that I havent figured out yet, all three will **now** **arbitrarily** shut off with even a slight touch/shock. The first one worked fine then it started doing this, so figuring that I must have done something to cause it, I bought another of the same model. It was a shorter time period before the 2nd one started doing it also. Still thinking it was something that I may have inadvertently done, I bought a third of this model. But the 3rd one started soing the same as the other 2 immediate out of the box. Idk what the deal is, especially since the last one started doing this straight out of the box, so I know that its not from age/wear & tear, etc. I havent been able to link it to battery power, battery brand, battery leakage, overheating, temperature, etc. I didn't have this issue with a previous Opolar fan. Other than this weird phenomenon that, theoretically, could somehow be coming from my end, I have liked this model very much bc of the good airflow that only requires the more economical AA batteries > hence buyng three. But I wont buy this model again, for the above stated reasons. I felt that I should include that bit of info just in case the cause is, in fact, a glitch within the fan itself & not something user operation/external factors related.

Question:	What are the temperature ranges this can be set on
Answer:	I'm an amateur, but handy, and I just finished installing one today. First to answer some questions below: the unit comes pre-charged, there's no need for the installer to add freon. However it is necessary to vacuum the lines before you release the freon. I bought a vacuum and a set of gauges for less than $100. My son and my brother may be installing one of these, so we'll be able to use that equipment for them too. For me the hardest part was drilling a hole through the wall. I mounted the indoor unit on a cement block wall, and it took a long time to drill a two and a half inch hole through that wall. I did everything myself, the only time I needed any help was when I had my wife keep tension on the wires outside as I lifted the indoor unit up to the wall. The copper tubing was about 18 in too long for my setup, so I borrowed a flaring tool and cut and flared the tubing to fit. Flaring tools are cheap if you can't find a friend to borrow one from. Someone recommended to me using Nylog Blue to seal the tubing connections, so I did. Be prepared for a surprise when you remove the plugs from the copper lines coming out of the indoor unit. They are loaded with nitrogen and as you release the plug it will shoot several feet away from the pressure. Don't stand in front of it! My first instinct was, oh no! I just released the freon. But of course the freon is only in the outdoor unit. Copper tubing can be kinked, but if you're reasonably careful with it you won't have any problems. Just don't try to make any sharp bends. It was a fairly large project, but nothing too challenging. Just take care and read the step by step instructions carefully. Someone here said you need a nitrogen tank, but that's not mentioned anywhere in the instructions. It may be something that professionals do to pressure test, but the instructions say to let the freon itself do your pressure testing. The downside is that if you actually have a leak you'll lose freon, but a leak is not very likely. It works! My garage is getting cool.

Question:	I have an existing lineset with a 3/8ths inch gas line. Can I use that instead of running a new 1/2 inch line for the 12K wall mounted unit

Answer:	The SENA-36HF/Z is a single zone system. We do however; offer our multi-zone 36000 BTU offers up to 4 zones.

Answer:	It has legs so you can sit it on a concrete pad or something similar. But if you want it on wall you need to purchase the brackets

Answer:	My 24K BTU unit needed a 62ft lineset and the unit only came with the standard 5m lineset/drain hose/16AWG control cable combo. As I personally prefer a single length cable over an added on extension, I purchased a 75ft coil of 14*4 AWG (an upgrade) control cable off Amazon, made the run and cut the cable to exact length, crimped on U type fork spade connectors and completed the installation. The unit has been running trouble free for 7 months now in both cooling and heating modes. You might like to consider this alternative which may even cost less.

Answer:	The wire size will be based on the amp draw.

Question:	why do I get P6 error code
Answer:	No the condensing unit is 1.5 tons, the air movers for this unit are 3/4 ton each. If you want a 2 ton you will need a 24000btu unit. Each ton is 12000 btu’s and each 1/2 tons are 6000 btu’s. Hope this helps.

Smart Defrost - With fuzzy logic control box judging frosting or not, the AC unit will proceed to defrost according to indoor pipe temperature.

Auto Restart -If the AC unit switch off accidentally due to power outage, it will auto restart with the previous set mode when the power resumes.

ECO Optimized - The frequency of the inverter is limited as well as power output and making the AC unit energy saving.
