Answer:	It's loud, but not obnoxious. The only time we run it on high is when we're coming in and it's hot. Once the room has cooled, you can throttle it back and it's just a low hum.

Answer:	I personally would not run any plug in unit 24/7 all winter BUT the unit has features that may influence your decision. 1) The unit AUTOMATICALLY TURNS OFF when the room reaches the desired temperature and turns back on when falls below the desired temperature. 2) The unit has OVERHEAT protection and shuts down when parts of the heater overheat. 3) If the unit is TIPPED forward or backward it will automatically shut off. Unplug the unit when not in use.

Answer:	Yes it is 120 volts. The problem is it cools, but it does not lower the humidity. I’ve never seen an air conditioner like it. No water drains out of the back. I have to run a dehumidifier at the same time which of course heats the room. Don’t buy!

Answer:	Yes, it does a great job of cooling and a decent job of heating a room in our home. I would call it supplemental heat-if it isn't going to be super cold (-30), it should be fine!

Answer:	I have it in my bedroom which is about 250 square feet. The air does feel cold but I have the put the thermostat at around 82 to start warming. After a couple of hours it gets too warm and then I lower it. I just use it to heat my bedroom when I need. I will usually go turn it on about a hour before bedtime.

Answer:	It will add some, but not much. Keep in mind that this is a personal product, not a room air conditioner. You need to be sitting in front of it to gain any benefit from the cooling air. It doesn't put out a great volume of air but is a benefit if you are in a warm room and sitting at a desk, etc.

Answer:	I used a Honeywell digital thermostat with mine, however you need a battery powered unit as there was no power wire in my 5th Wheel. The rest was easy, you won't get hi/low fan speed though unless you wire in a separate selector switch. I just left mine on low fan speed, its quieter that way.

Answer:	I haven't tried and don't see how you can. The fan can be charged to another source, or plugged in and also use batteries to be powered.

Answer:	When new quite a while ,,,,, 8-10 hours, depending on speed setting. Batteries rapidly wore down ,,, and didn't last mor than a few minutes.

Answer:	This one uses 4 regular AA batteries. There is no internal battery to recharge. And there isnt a USB port on any of the three that I have. But Im guessing that u could sure rechargeable AA batteries in this fan. Btw, this fan was great in the beginning but, for some reason, all three of mines are now apparently touch sensitive & therefore now tend to unpredictably shut off. Even the last one behaved the sme right out of the box. I havent figured out why, so I wouldnt recommend this particular fan model.
Question:	How hard is installation
Answer:	Its decently quiet & has good airflow. Thats why I ended up with 3. But for some odd reason that I havent figured out yet, all three will **now** **arbitrarily** shut off with even a slight touch/shock. The first one worked fine then it started doing this, so figuring that I must have done something to cause it, I bought another of the same model. It was a shorter time period before the 2nd one started doing it also. Still thinking it was something that I may have inadvertently done, I bought a third of this model. But the 3rd one started soing the same as the other 2 immediate out of the box. Idk what the deal is, especially since the last one started doing this straight out of the box, so I know that its not from age/wear & tear, etc. I havent been able to link it to battery power, battery brand, battery leakage, overheating, temperature, etc. I didn't have this issue with a previous Opolar fan. Other than this weird phenomenon that, theoretically, could somehow be coming from my end, I have liked this model very much bc of the good airflow that only requires the more economical AA batteries > hence buyng three. But I wont buy this model again, for the above stated reasons. I felt that I should include that bit of info just in case the cause is, in fact, a glitch within the fan itself & not something user operation/external factors related.

Answer:	No, but the compressor does stop running until the room temp warms up to the temp you set. Then compressor starts running again to cool the room. It will cycle this way indefinately and only turn off if you turn off the power, or the timer was set to turn off, or if there's a power outage.

Answer:	You can contact the vendor, Frigidaire, they sell parts. I have not had great luck ordering accessories from them. The other option is to measure the diameter of the hose and buy the length you need here or at Home Depot or Lowe's. You can even improvise the exit (part that vents to the outside) if you're comfortable using simple hand tools. Good luck!

For what it is worth, Frigidaire's website says the systems wattage is 920 watts.
