- Please check the packages carefully and there are some brackets that may be in the corner or under the foam (ex. L brackets). 

5.Can screen be adjusted when the window is opened? 

- The screen is adjustable between 22”-36” for when people open their window – Height would be fixed at height from bottom of U to top of unit. *Reference adjustable screen separately sold.  

6.The machine is not cooling or cooling slowly.  

Please select the appropriate capacity section according to the recommended area. Check if the machine is in cooling mode.

8. The air volume is not enough to feel the wind. 

- Midea U uses a silent air duct design, and the air supply distance reaches 20 feet. While increasing the air volume, the wind noise is much smaller than the ordinary window machine. 

9.Can the display light of the machine and the key “beep” sound be turned off?  

-This is a regular feature and cannot be turned off at this time. A new version of the APP is being developed, and the function of turning off the display light and key tone will be realized by then.

10. What mobile phone permissions are required for the APP?

Question:	Is this a air and heat unit. I need it for a room in my mobile home
Answer:	Yes, it does a great job of cooling and a decent job of heating a room in our home. I would call it supplemental heat-if it isn't going to be super cold (-30), it should be fine!
Question:	Just purchased and am trying tk heat about 350 sq ft. it will not blow heat. its "warm" air. but we have it set to 75 and it feels ice cold... why
Answer:	I have it in my bedroom which is about 250 square feet. The air does feel cold but I have the put the thermostat at around 82 to start warming. After a couple of hours it gets too warm and then I lower it. I just use it to heat my bedroom when I need. I will usually go turn it on about a hour before bedtime.

Question:	Can i mount it to the wall if i have a whole cut out
Answer:	The one I have has vents along the sides of it to allow air into the unit. If the wall was say 6" thick it would block nearly the entire side vent, if the wall was say 4" thick it would block approximately half the vents lengthwise. You can stay in a room with a device that produces negative ions; whereas,. you cannot stay in a room with one that generates ozone (O3). This particular unit generates a lot of ozone for its size and price. I used it to finally clear out the lingering smell of cigarette smoke in a used car I bought 18 months ago.
Question:	Can this be installed vertically, instead of horizontally
Answer:	Thanks for your question. Yes, ozone can kill mold and remove the smell. However, the max ozone output of B50 is only 50mg/h, which means it will take much longer to kill them. Please clean up the surface with mold first, then close doors and windows and run the unit. Question:	How well does this unit heat? I'm considering installing it in my 254 sq. ft. room
Answer:	We just changed the filter on our Thermador T36IT 800NP fridge and are unable to get the change filter message to reset. We tried holding down the ice and super buttons at the same time but the change filter message persists. I've tried calling Thermador but they customer service line rings busy constantly.
