Answer:	Great question! Yes the panels can be cut down to any size to accommodate the size of the wall, you can also cut holes for the outlets. We recommend using a miter saw to cut panel to size, and any handheld saw with a fine toothed blade should work great cutting holes for an outlet. Answer:	Yes, You can split the panel in 2 different ways. The first way would just be to split the individual panels. Each box of panel comes with 6 panels each 1' high. This specific kit comes with 2 boxes of panel. You can arrange those panels in anyway you like. The second option would be cutting panel, you can cut the panels to accommodate a certain space.

Answer:	very easy to install. they are numbered and lettered for correct placement. holes from the old hinges were same location as the new ones. simply remove an old hinge and replace it with a new one, one of the easiest projects i have ever done. as a plus the hinges work really well at keeping the door tight and cold air out

Answer:	I'm not sure I fully understand your question. The hinges are spring-loaded with an offset slot for the wheel. As the door closes, the spring mechanism "pushes the door towards the outside", effectively sealing gaps at the top and sides.

Question:	How far away from cabinet below does this one pull down? I'm wanting to pull it down over a microwave cabinet
Answer:	Thank you for your question. Unfortunately, we do not include TapCons for concrete wall installation. However, we suggest that: Instead of the 3” Stainless Steel Lag Bolts (for wood 2x4 studs), for concrete block, we recommend the 1/4 inch by 1-1/4 inch hex head TapCons; for concrete walls, ¼” x 2-½” or greater. They do not have quite the pull-out rating of the 1/4 x 3 inch lag bolts provided with the kit, so these will result in a slightly diminished load capacity. If you wish to closely match the original capacity, you may consider adding epoxy into the pre-drilled hole for the TapCon. We've found that the epoxy also lubricates the screw a bit making it easier to insert without binding. Follow TapCon’s instructions - Be careful not to over torque the heads of the 1/4" TapCons, go slowly. Equally important: Make sure the pilot hole is drilled to the recommended depth and that ALL the concrete dust is blown or vacuumed out of the hole prior to inserting the TapCon. Answer:	Thanks for your inquiry David. In response, the weight capacity per 4' section is 600-650 lbs when installed per our pictorial installation guide which is included with each kit. We have been installing and selling our shelving systems for more than 10 years and there has never been a structural failure to our knowledge. Question:	Anyone know how to find just the hinge hardware for these without the shelves? I want to make something like this to stow away bench tools in my shop
Answer:	You are correct, we do not supply the lumber. It is not cost effective for you to pay us to ship you boards. The shippings costs would be more than the board cost. Also, we do not know the exact lengths you would need. Our kits are designed to fit any garage configuration using 48" increments (every 3rd stud) attached to the center of studs; however, every third stud is not always 48". With the RhinoShelf system, you can attach to the closest stud to 48" and then measure between assemblies to determine the exact length the 2x4 inserts need to be. If a customer does not have a saw to cut their 2x4's, they can install assemblies and then measure between each for the exact dimensions and have whoever they purchase the lumber from to cut them. If this is what you do, be sure to mark the measurement for each section and keep them separate to insure installation is correct. We suggest using top premium #2 fir 2x4's from Lowes. Question:	Can this hold the weight of a good receiver
Answer:	I don’t believe there is a spec for max spacing and that really depends on what material you’ll be using for the top. I used two shelve brackets for each of my 36”x8’ folding work bench spacing them 4’ apart and 24” on center from outside edge. The brackets are rated at 550lbs so I used 3/4” plywood for the top with a perimeter rectangular frame using 2x3” wood and brackets are lagged into the wall studs. This thing is stout and never questioned its durability, very stable and solid. When not Using it folds flat against the wall but does stick out about 4” from the wall because of framing and 1” clearance needed for bracket. Ive had an easy 450lbs on this and still very solid. Answer:	I concur with previous answer. If the socket holes are tight, then the shelf pins can support a good amount of weight, I have some with over 50 lbs of crockery stored on them and they have been in place for over a year and no sagging or distortion at all. The trick is to buy the right diameter pins in the 1st place. Get some that match your shelf holes. You can measure the existing pin diameters with a handy chart from DUGAN HARDWARE SYSTEMS, whom I purchased from. They provide a handy measuring chart to guide you. Answer:	Yes, my son has his ps4 and games and other stuff on it. I'm the mom so I'm not so sure about sizes of these consoles but his is a big ps4 and the shelves are alittle smaller than the console but it holds it fine.
Question:	what is the height of the wall mount for 3 shelves
Answer:	You decide the height. The bracket you see in the back is attached to the wall, your decision as to how high or low. Then you decide where to put the shelves, again your decision.
