Question:	Does this mattress need a box spring
Answer:	It will work on slats, platform, box spring, or whatever you have to place it on
Question:	how are the corners of this bed (do you sink when sitting down on the corners)? and its true dimensions after expanding, is it true to size
Answer:	I can only answer for the twin size because that's what I bought. My honest answer is, the metal frame looked cheap & when receiving the bed in the tinny box. I was almost disappointed & sceptic all. Before I placed my order I slept in a partial memory foam mattress that I swore by, but after placing this order & giving the beds 24 hours to fully expand. I am 100% satisfied. It is more comfortable then my old bed & could not beat it for the price & I don't sink at the corners. Now the edges sink a tad if I just sit directly on the bed. But it's not bad at all. I could sit on the edge & put my sneakers on comfortable it is firm enough and as for sleeping it sleeps good & no part of the bed sags at all when sleeping. After receiving your question, I laid down on the bed and tried jumping violently. & the bed & frame did just fine. I would have returned it if I was not 100% satisfied. I feel it's a good bye.
Question:	how is the temp? i get hot when i sleep as well as hot flashes
Answer:	The temp isn't to bad. I like to be cool when I am sleeping. If your room temp is a little high it will make it warmer.
Question:	Is this mattress good for heavy weight? Approx 450 combined? Also is it soft
Answer:	I have had this mattress for 18 months. There has been no change to it and it has had more than 450 lbs on it nightly. It is a very firm mattress. This is the best mattress that I have owned. I did not expect the mattress to be that great, but was presently surprised.

Answer:	Coils are mostly quiet thanks to the foam layer on top. But if you sit down really hard or jump around, you can hear and feel them. Similar to what you would hear from jumping on a full coil mattress.
Question:	Is this mattress firm or plush? I've read conflicting information
Answer:	All of these answers might not be talking about the same mattress and it’s firmness and these question and answers are all viewable whether you’ve selected the 8” which advertises as medium-firm, 10” which advertises as medium, 12” as plush and the 10” latex model which is said to be medium-firm.
Question:	How does this bed hold up to certain "physical activities
Answer:	Great question as I have a 180 lb 26 year old who is emotionally 4. (Autism) He bounces! Bounces! Bounces! He has broken countless pieces of furniture. Couches, chairs, even a toilet. He has destroyed beds since he was 8 years old. Frames, box springs, mattresses. I will try this mattress with his old foam mattress under it on a steel frame that has held up well. He hasn’t had Springs for years at the expense of foam which only holds up to his bouncing, hanging off the edge in the same place, and falling on it from standing, for 12-18 mos. Wish us luck!

Answer:	I don't know for sure. If the ceiling is very smooth I think it might. You might consider painting the ceiling with a glossy paint, that would probably improve adhesion.

Answer:	No we don't offer custom size.
Question:	How do I know what futon frame to buy? i'm confused
Answer:	It probably won't survive a flood, but it is vinyl and you can splash on it and wipe it off. If you want to put it in a bathroom I think the vinyl will hold up but the adhesive may not last since it is supposed to be able to be peeled off without leaving any residue or marring the wall.
Question:	has anyone experienced concern about materials used inside? ie excess dust particles

Question:	Will you have beige or brown color options in the future
Answer:	I have Fibro as well and these memory foam toppers are the only way I can get any rest. I know we are two different people but being a fellow sufferer I can honestly say I would purchase this item. I have one on every bed, including one on my futon. I'm trying to find memory foam mattress that is more than 4 inches thick without that infernal fire sock. I have lung damage already and cannot be breathing in fiberglass shards. Good luck with your hunt for a decent nights rest. I suggest this or a 4 inch topper. You will rest better!

Answer:	Unless you are the incredible hulk, you won't be able to move it easily. It is super heavy, and it was near impossible shoving it no a box for returns. It doesn't fold, you have to fold it over and sit on it or put something heavy on it for it to stay folded.
Question:	Do you have any white or close to white shade option
Answer:	I have had it several years with a mattress cover over it and it is in original shape. Except you cannot grab by a corner and expect to move it, as it will take a chunk out. How do I know this?? ;)
Question:	Is this for the lovas queen size? 81" wide
Answer:	This mattress topper is designed to help a firm mattress feel softer and is not designed to help a soft mattress feel firmer.
