Answer:	8" from floor to bottom of frame, 10" from floor to top of frame in flat (bed) position

Answer:	Full length = 72 inches. Queen Length = 76 inches. Mattress will overhang 1-2 inches on each end.

Answer:	71" wide, 10 1/2" high on the seating area (just frame), 24" seat depth, and back is 27" high. Hope that helps.

Answer:	I had two adults sleep on this recently. They averaged 350lbs. there were no issues.
