Answer:	Not really....the mattress is the actual chair cushioning. It is a very hard surface. I bought a thick, pillowy mattress topper to put over the cushion to make it a bit softer.

Answer:	It does not support my head, my head hangs off a little bit. My feet also hang off and my ankles touch the bottom of the chair. It's a very small chair. I would not have bought it if I looked at it first.

Like a large shirt male, wearing a loose fit medium shirt, little less than comfortable & silly looking.
