| Answer: | Well, here's what I think.We at first also were sceptical, first thing is this couch looks very good in pictures, and I think looks good in person as well. Where people dislike it is,it's all fake, no leather just vinyl.Also the legs are all composite foam with stain to make it look like wood. The back trim , and side trim also foam, and stained to look like it's wood. The only real wood I've noticed is, inside the couch frame, which is a plus. So if you're into solid woods , you will be disappointed. And leather, fake.If you're the bragging to your friends kind,this couch won't fly .My wife likes it . I think and know, it's not top shelf, but the price is right, keep them for 3 or 4 years and buy an up to date couch again, is my thinking. Mostly for looks, we have two family rooms so they don't get used as much. The cushions are very firm , but look good. If you want a couch that sits in front of a TV, this couch is not the one. Mostly for looks, my opinion. And it does look good, that's about it. |

| Answer: | My mother enjoys the heat and massage features as part of her regular routine. It may be wise, as with any personal heating device, & if you have sensitive skin, to add an extra layer such as a throw blanket or wide towel between yourself and the back of the chair before using the heat. We have found it to be a safe heat, but also found it works well to have an extra layer on the back of the chair for my Mom. That way, we do not have to surpervise her choice of how to use it. |
