| Answer: | Yes, to some extent. Since the leg rest comes up first, the leg rest will rise to about 75-80 degrees before the back rest moves significantly. I find this to be a very comfortable position. The back leans back slightly and the legs are about 60 degrees. The leg rest can be stopped at any position. Raising to this degree is enough to reduce my leg and foot swelling during the day, without pulling my boots off. The chair is just too small for me at my current height of 5 ft 10 in. I used to be 6 ft, but it is very comfortable. I'm keeping it as an office chair as the chair itself is small. Note that I am calling the leg rest completely down as 90 degrees. |
