Question:	I'm unable to secure the chair in an elevated position. Every time my child sits, the chair slips to its lowest level. How do you secure the chair
Answer:	Fully extend the chair from lowest setting too highest, as you do count the clicks to the top(if you extend past the last click it unlocks the chair and collapses back to lowest setting). Now go all the way back to the bottom and raise the chair one click at a time to the desired hight, the chair will lock after each click if you push down unless you extend past the last click then it unlocks and goes all the way back down.

Answer:	I purchased it for a regular twin mattress. I don't think the brand makes a difference so long as the mattress is 12" or smaller.

Answer:	I didn't purchase this one. I purchased Zinus 2.5 Inch Green Tea Memory Foam Quilted Mattress Pad for Mattresses 12 Inches and under. The foam for the one I purchased was placed into a 1.25 inch pocket but then when unrolled it expanded to round out to another 1.25 inches, thus making total of 2.5 inches. I love it.

Answer:	I'm not sure. However, the cover has a zipper so it can be removed and cleaned. You could easily remove one foam matt section and trim off 3" if it doesn't stay flat. I trimmed my 2 mattresses to accomodate my minivan's narrowing 3rd row seating area. The 3rd matt sections that lay in the 3rd row area of the minivan is about 4" narrower than the first two sections. Trimmed the 3rd foam section of each matt & zipped up the covers then tucked the extra cover fabric. Viola!
