Answer:	Description says 500lb maximum weight. I don’t have the bed but had the same question. So according to their weight description parents and child should be able to be in it with no problem.

Answer:	Please note the recommended mattress size is a standard Full size (i.e. +/- 54 inches wide X 75 inches long) for our Concord low loft beds. The recommended thickness is not to exceed 8".

Answer:	It is 30 inches tall. Not tall enough to put a desk underneath but my 10 year old daughter can hangout on a bean bag chair under there
