Answer:	I think so. I injured my tailbone in a fall several years back. Chairs a constant struggle for me. This one I can sit in for hours and not have any trouble.

Answer:	The entire back of the chair is about 24 inches tall. The head rest portion is about 8 inches in height. I'm a 5'2 woman and when I lean back the top of my head is about an inch higher than the chair back. This is perfect for me and I love this chair, but my husband is 6'1 and although he finds the chair very comfortable it does not support his head. Its more on the high end of a mid-back chair for him. Hope this helps.

Answer:	Chair looks upright to me when no one is sitting in it. The contour of the back of the chair may make it look like it's slightly tilted backward in pictures. Of course there are adjustments that allow you to tilt it backward to your liking, or lock it straight up. I've had it about three months now and it's very comfortable and sturdy.

Answer:	The base that holds the wheels is wood on top with metal support underneath. the arms are wood, also with no metal support. The leather on the chair and arms has held up very well. Still pleased with my purchase.

Answer:	The assembly instructions have the Serta name and logo on the front. The warranty (Page 3 of the assembly instructions) says Millworks Holdings throughout and never mentions Serta. The customer support information (Page 4 of the assembly instructions) says for support to contact TrueInnovations dot com. Above that it says "Thank you for buying a Serta furniture piece". True Innovations has a website that has logos of many different companies, including both Serta and LaZBoy. I went to LaZBoy to look at office chairs and they told me they don't sell office chairs. When I told them "But I see LaZBoy office chairs for sale online" the sales guy said "Yes, we put our name on them." If I had to bet $100, it's not made by Serta, it's made in China, and Serta lets them put the Serta name on it. I'm sitting in this chair while I write this. I just got it, and it's a very nice and comfortable chair, and one of the nicest I could find.

Question:	How do I adjust the back to tilt backwards
Answer:	I don't believe it tilts back. It's designed to make you lean forward and sit up straight but I just couldn't get used to it. I felt like I was constantly slipping out of it half the time so I ended up selling it. Sorry, I wish I had better news for you.

Answer:	Don't buy this one... buy the 44186 one. I didn't realize there were two either. I bought the 44186 for one of our offices... tried it for a month or so, really liked it so I went back to buy another and instead of going to my order history and ordering again- I did a search and bought this one. BIG MISTAKE. It's not engineered the same. The large backrest (the smaller one is the "back in motion part") is held to the seat by the armrests!!!! bad, bad, bad. To top it off, I can't lock the seat from moving like the other one, so the worst thing for my back is to have it act like a rocking chair which it currently does.

Answer:	That's just the way it is, unless you can get the chair to lower itself so your feet can hit the floor to stop yourself from sliding out of it. I finally just gave it away.
