Answer:	The assembly instructions have the Serta name and logo on the front. The warranty (Page 3 of the assembly instructions) says Millworks Holdings throughout and never mentions Serta. The customer support information (Page 4 of the assembly instructions) says for support to contact TrueInnovations dot com. Above that it says "Thank you for buying a Serta furniture piece". True Innovations has a website that has logos of many different companies, including both Serta and LaZBoy. I went to LaZBoy to look at office chairs and they told me they don't sell office chairs. When I told them "But I see LaZBoy office chairs for sale online" the sales guy said "Yes, we put our name on them." If I had to bet $100, it's not made by Serta, it's made in China, and Serta lets them put the Serta name on it. I'm sitting in this chair while I write this. I just got it, and it's a very nice and comfortable chair, and one of the nicest I could find.

Answer:	Bought the chair for by wife, who is also 5ft, she says yes. However, she also says that you may need a short foot stool for knee support depending on the height of your desk.

Answer:	Seat is 18 inches back to front. Side to side width is 16 inches at the back (for about seven inches) then becomes 19 inches for two or three inches and then becom 20 inches for the remaining nine inches to the knee edge. Not scientific measurements but very close, hope it helps. I wear size 4 or 6 blue jeans and the chair is a little wide for me but not too wide as a regular office chair always is.

Definitely opt for a flat bottomed reclining chair - Think about it - the most expensive chair you own is the one in the driver's seat of your car, and even if you have the least expensive car with the least expensive Driver's Seat, the back *still* reclines separately from the seat bottom!
