Answer:	It comes off easily if you're careful in prying it off. If you want to re-use it, some of the adhesive will be gone when it comes off, but yes, you can take it off for whatever reason. I actually don't see why the colors would fade, but yes, it will come off if you just carefully peel it.

Question:	Can you tell me the seat height? Does i t fit man who is
Answer:	This height is pretty typical for most office chairs, you would probably need a custom chair or one not usually found on Amazon. That being said, I’m 6’2” and I use my “headrest” as a “neck rest”.
Question:	Will it break when hold up 300 pounds
Answer:	I can't really answer that. I'm 240 pounds, it did comfort me.
Question:	Does this recline like the description? It's stiff, and I can't get any recline.. even tried adjusting tension knob below
Answer:	Yes it reclines. Pull the raising lever out away from the chair to unlock the recline. Mine reclines nearly all the way back.
Question:	I am confused on the color. The main picture shows white hardware/ gray mesh, the reviews show gray hardware/gray mesh which one. Which one is it

Ergonomic Backrest

• Push the lever underneath the chair inwards towards the middle of the chair it locks the tilting.
• Pull the lever outwards away from the middle of the chair it unlocks the tilting.

In order for it to tilt you need to lean back in the chair until you hear a click, now you can freely move it. Then push the lever inwards again to lock it where you want it.

For reference the mechanism works similar to the armrests inside some cars.
