Answer:	I’ve only had the chair for a week, but I find it very comfortable. I bought it because of back pain brought on by working from home in my thrown together office. I’ve only had it a week and I am sitting better, straighter, and my hips are in alignment. It took a bit to get the chair adjusted to my liking - but it is really adjustable, so that helps. I wish the knee/shin pads were more of a cloth-like fabric, as my shins sometimes stick to the pads. All in all, great value, easy customization, and comfort for the price.

Answer:	The holes are spaced 1 inch apart, so you have 3 inches of total adjustment. The length being adjusted is between the pad on which you kneel and the pad on which you sit (adjusting to match the length of your thigh). The length from the lower pad to the center of the upper pad (on the longest hole) is 12 inches. Keep in mind the the lower cushion is 3.5 inches thick and compresses when you kneel on it. Also, if your shin is on the cushion (as shown in the picture), you sit lower on the upper pad than you do when your knees are in the center of the lower pad. Finally, I am 5'10" with an inseam length of 11", and I find the chair to be on the small side, sitting on the top edge of the seat cushion and my toes resting on the rear bar with my knees directly on the lower cushion. When I kneel with my shins on the cushion instead, I sit in the center of the seat cushion and my feet half way down the bar (exactly as pictured), though I do find this position to be less comfortable and natural. I use this chair for better posture and because my desk is taller than standard, so normal chairs do not raise me high enough to be ergonomic. The chair still works well for me, though if I was any taller ( 6'+ ), I doubt I would fit in this chair. My sister 5'2" finds the current adjustment too large, until I re-assemble it onto the shortest hole from the original question... Hope that helps...

Question:	How tall is the seat when raised as far as it will go
Answer:	Probably not the best stool for someone who is short. I’m 5’8” and I find that the kneeling part is still a bit too far away. It is adjustable but not when it comes to the distance between the seat and kneeling part. It is poorly made, uncomfortable, and overpriced. Mine came with a bent caster wheel. When I reached out to the company, they sent me a new one but in black. It is very noticeable and looks ridiculous that the whole thing is white except for the one replacement wheel. I would not purchase this or recommend it to anyone.

Question:	I am 6' tall, long legs. My bike frame is 60"/61" cm. I weight about 200lbs now. Would I be able to adjust the chair and not rest on my shins? Thanks
Answer:	I am 5'10" and am currently sitting on this chair...unfortunately, so are my shins. In other words, due to my height, my shins (not my knees)rest on the kneeling portion of the chair. Even with the chair's adjustable heights and cushioned padding, it may be difficult for taller people (5'10" and up)to sit at a standard table/desk (height) comfortably.
Question:	How difficult is it to assemble
Answer:	The assembly was quite simple. Only took a few minutes. Didn't even have to read the instructions. After about a year, the chair is still in great shape, spills clean up easily if I happen to drip coffee, etc, on it. All in all, still a very good purchase.

Answer:	I haven't seen any caster marks on my hardwood when I work downstairs, but they don't seem especially made to not scratch up hardwood.

Answer:	I've gone 2-3 hours, modeling at a table 29" above the floor. No back strain (and I have a bad back), but my knees need the occasional break, so I plant my feet firmly, to give them a rest. I know for a fact, that sitting non-stop for more than 2-3 hours, is risky... we are not built to sit for long periods; this chair helps IMO.

Answer:	It has the potential to be an all-day chair if you can tolerate it or if you find it comfortable, which I didn't and had to send back. It mimics a style of chair that was incredibly comfortable back in the 70s and early 80s; they had carpeting to pad them and were a lot easier to sit in for longer periods of time. This one just killed my knees, back, and neck. If someone is able to use this chair for 8 hours a day, congratulations!

Answer:	No. To collapse the chair requires removing a few screws and the height adjuster. Even then it will not lay flat.

Answer:	This chair will move around half of the pressure from butt to knees. Remember though, that your knees probably aren't used to this sort of position. It will undoubtedly relieve back and butt pressure but most people cannot completely give up the regular chair. If the knee cushions were spread wider and a little more dense padding this chair could nearly replace a regular chair for me.

Answer:	I'm 6'4" and have been using this chair for almost 4 years. Its not about height as much as leg length anyhow. Where my "sits bones" are on the seat seems to be the adjustment that most affects seat to knee distance. And the seat is big enough that I can comfortably move several inches towards or away from the knee pad. Several inches on knee to butt length would make a huge difference in height.

Answer:	The seat cushion of the chair has a SMALL tag that says No 201+lbs! 200lbs MAX! I read the reviews saying it holds 250+. I am 190lbs and 5'10" it did NOT feel it sturdy enough for long term use. Long term use is 5 days a week at 10+ hours per day. I wasted an hour assembling it before I put on the last piece where the tag was with the weight limit. It's being returned.
