Answer:	You can start using the infant insert from birth, it provides support for baby's spine and also support for baby's head and neck. We recommend using the infant insert until baby has good and strong head and neck support. To test this, baby's head should not drop down involuntarily when you lean slightly forward.

Answer:	As someone who owns two of these chairs (one I bought here on Nov 4 2019, and the other from Walmart in April 2020) I've seen them go as low as $25 (Walmart clearance in Sept of 2019) and as high as $160 (Oct 2019 on ebay), but the fair price seems to be around $60. I paid that for mine here, and $55 from Walmart. I've been considering getting a third because I love them so much, so I highly recommend it, but not at over 2x the cost of what it should be... just keep stalking the product like I did, maybe the price will come back down. It goes in and out of stock on both websites. It's such a nice chair, I wish there could be more consistent stock & prices, and more color ways.

Answer:	It’s pink. But be warned about getting a light color. This product gets dark/dirty soooo fast! It wasn’t worth the cost in my opinion.

Question:	Does the chair tilt back
Answer:	Yes it does tilt back. You can adjust the resistance with the large knob underneath.
Question:	how high does the chair raise off the ground
Answer:	16inchs from the floor to the under part of the chair, and 23 inches to the seat cushion. Honestly putting it all the way up is too high for my desk and I can't touch the floor with my feet (I'm 4'11")
Question:	Weird quirk but, could I sit cross-legged in this chair comfortably? i.e. knees won't be in an awkward position because of the armrests
Answer:	You have about 18 inches of space in between the arm rests. I'm 5-9 and I can sit cross legged in it but it's sort of awkward. I also have really long legs.
Question:	Ours arrived without Serta brand on the chair, box, or packing materials. Does your chair have Serta on the back
Answer:	The chair I ordered DID NOT have any of the Serta insignia (box, back of chair or owners manual). One other difference is the weight limit - Serta is 350# and the chair Amazon is sending is 250#. I returned the chair and the replacement they sent was the same knockoff chair which I also returned.
