I use 24/7 all the time for making pot holders, hot pads, trivets, table runners, etc. Anything that will be subjected to a hot pan must be made from cotton or wool as anything with synthetic content will melt.

Answer:	It is not adjustable. I think you can remove the back support because its a separate piece and the wheels does not attach to it. Hope that helps.

Answer:	I can answer with info gleaned from the two co-workers who actually use the chairs. These 2 guys work behind the service desk of a Ford dealership. They are constantly in and out of the chairs. Both guys are between 5'9" & 5'11" and between 210 & 250 pounds and neither has any problem with the chairs whatsoever. Plopping down in chairs when they actually sit to answer a phone call has put the most strain on their chairs in the past and these chairs are holding up great. I would recommend to anyone fitting those same specs.

Answer:	Use the directions. You separate the card types into piles and you need someone to be the banker kind of like monopoly. It is a very different game than i remember. We had to have the directions right there while we were playing. I thought it was a bit confusing
