Answer:	My workbench is in a workshop/shed I built. It's roof is only about six feet above the bench's surface, so that's the limit on how long a board I can drill when the jig is clamped to the bench. But the jig's clamp is pretty strong, so if you have enough room above your bench, I'd say you could easily drill a 10-ft 2x4, although you might be wise to steady it with the hand that isn't drilling.But why bother? Why not just remove the central part of the jig and clamp it to your (horizontal) board?

Answer:	Not really sure the weight capacity. I have owned the chairs for over a year and probably could use a screw tightening as they're starting to wobble. I also probably didn't screw them in perfectly. The one I sat in a lot so I feel like I made it wobbly from only using the one. Overall, they haven't broke and look great. Very functional, but they could be slightly taller.

Answer:	You need to make sure you have the legs in correctly first. There are 2 legs that go in diagonally then the other two legs go diagonally from each other. This will give you the wholes that match for the short and long cross pieces. If the legs are in the incorrect place then the wholes will not match up. Hope this helps. Answer:	It depends on where you measure. The legs at the base is 16 3/8" wide by 17 5/8" long (front of chair to rear). Seat is 14 1/4" W by 14 1/4" long. Keep in mind that the seat width reduces it's width as it extends toward the base of the back to about 12". Width of the back at its peak is about 17.5"

Answer:	Yes, they are very easy to clean as they can be wiped with a damp cloth or sponge. They are leather, so it makes cleaning easy. As with any leather, it can get scratched easily with sharp objects. We have them a few months and they still look great. Assembly is required, but it is pretty simple.
