Question:	I have wood floors, will these chairs scratch the wood floors when you move them out to sit
Answer:	It seem like 170 lbs is too much for these eloquent stools, maybe. I'm about to order them now. I weigh 150 LBS.

Answer:	When first sitting on the stool there will be small drop ( maybe an inch) if it is more than that maybe the lever isn't locking where it should. I weigh two more pounds than you do! Hope this helps you.

Answer:	The stools are beautiful and total functional for someone under 200 lbs. I’m 280 and it is NOT comfortable to sit on, I feel like I’m falling off all the time Social I have to readjust. It’s a pain. Again I love these chairs but I, plus size and they are not working.

Answer:	These bar stools are adjustable for 3 different levels. My kitchen bar is high- not sure of its height. I know that doesn’t really answer your question ☺️
