Answer:	There are NO SHELVES. This is a real nice, heavy castor rack mount stand for amps, preamps, electronic crossover, power conditioners and such. It allows 18" for width, 18.25" deep but allows rear overhang because their is no back. This is for rack mount equipment and comes with rack mount screws and screw holes to mount any equipment to the face of the rack (each side). The bottom shelf could easily hold over 500 lbs. I have two 4,000 rms amps, a 2,500 and a 1,400 watt amps for a total of four. these easily weigh 300+ lbs. I additionally have a dbx-3bx, a two way stereo electronic crossover and a furman power conditioner. This is not a typical stereo component rack w/ shelves. This is a heavy component rack for rack mount pieces. Typically they mount to the front of rack with four screws (provided) each on the front corners of component. Behringer EUROPOWER EP4000 Professional 4,000-Watt Stereo Power Amplifier with Atr (Accelerated Transient Response) Technology. Answer:	I had trouble labeling the parts at first. Once properly id’ed they fit together properly. It would be helpful if the manufacturer identified the pieces for the user! Once assembled properly, the parts fit and the tree is stable.

Answer:	No I did not have any trouble at all. I wished I had ordered it much sooner. It is very sturdy. I have my purse, raincoat, umbrella, 2 hoodies, dog leash and another coat hanging from the coat rack. We are in an apartment and space is limited so this is wonderful for us. I would contact them and let them know you are having trouble with the coat rack. All vendors and Amazon are wonderful at replacing items.

Answer:	I would place lower shelf all the way to the bottom and set trash can on it then place other shelves where you want. This would keep shelving unit stable. If you need to leave one shelf off keep it and the plastic brackets in case you want to add later.

Answer:	Yes, and you can buy a bag of sleeves here for pennies. I have about 10 sets of shelves that I’ve bought here, Walmart, Aldis. The legs are all the same diameter so I’ve been able to interchange shelves to get what I want. The only issue I’ve had is the size of the shelves. Like others have said, check your measurements. If you use the shelf liners do some comparison shopping. Wide difference in price for same thing. I also found a heavy plastic shelf liner roll I can cut to fit. It has tiny parallel ridges that require cleaning with with a nap- like terry- but glasses sitting upside down can breathe so no “bad breath”. Items can be put away still damp as the ridges allow air to move. Love these wire shelves.

Answer:	Only a small microwave. Unit isn't really sturdy enough for larger appliances.
Question:	Are these the industrial size poles that are 1" so I can use shelves I already own
Answer:	The poles we received with the three shelf unit were only 0.75 inches in diameter. The industrial size poles are usually a 1 inch diameter, and are not compatible with the parts we received in this unit.

Answer:	Yes, 3 black sections connect bottom t with casters to top chrome t, so one or two can be removed on each side to make it shorter. It is pretty short to begin with. I thought it would be taller.

Answer:	If you are looking at the width as it is in the picture, it is almost 31" width.. if you turn it to the side (1 black pole facing you) it is 15"

Answer:	You store in airtight container until Ready to use. You can then scatter them In drawers, closets, bins holding woolens whatever moths or carpet beetles would like to chew. They will last a season. Spring/summer then you will have to replace again following year. The packets will be empty. They work.

Answer:	Hello there. Its been well over a month since my ill-fated experience with this particular coat tree, but to my recollection it stood roughly 6 feet tall. Maybe 6 and a few inches. Not sure what other dimension would be relevant/known. Girth? I'd say the diameter of the stalk and the hangy-pegs (official term) would be about 1 1/2 feet around. It makes for a good corner piece, but in my particular case, the darn thing had legs of mis-matched length, causing the rack to teeter back-and-forth maddeningly. The decision to buy this piece betrayed my overall vision of a coat tree. I will find the proper tree at a peddler's mall or in the corner of some dusty old barn. Hope this helps.
