Question:	Where are the directions? I never had any in the box
Answer:	Moths do not eat through cotton which canvas is made of. I have used these for years to protect my sweaters. Never had moths in the clothing stored in these bags even though we had moth problems in our closets.

Answer:	Yes they do. I had quie a few silvers fish in the laundry room and these worked really well. Keep refreshing them with cedar wood spray every few months and they work a treat!

Answer:	They are 6 7/16 X 1 13/16 X 7/16 inches plus the hook, which is about 2 1/2 inches. You will have to sand them to really release the cedar scent.

Answer:	What I did is screw in the hangers to the flat pieces with a small hole and hung those in my closet. The round pieces with the larger hole I used over a hanger. They can go in the closet or if you have something in a zipped clothes bag. The sachets are nice in a drawer mixed in with wool items. I had a stuffed animal made of wool and I drilled a hole in one of the small square ones and put it around the toy's neck with a ribbon. The small squares can go in with hats in a hat box or in drawers or cabinets where wool items are kept. I hope these suggestions are helpful.

Question:	Is this really going to take a month or more to ship? I will barely even need it then
Answer:	We have done extensive research this week regarding the odor you may have noticed with the cloths. This is due to the manufacturing process of the wood pulp cellulose / cotton binding in the manufacturing process in Europe of the raw material. Since the raw material is shipped via sea freight, the containers they are shipped in are lined in a protective material to prevent humidity from penetrating the raw material. A consequence of this is that it also traps residual moisture from the manufacturing process in Europe which may have not fully evaporated during shipment. Our manufacturing team has changed their procedures to ensure that all raw material is left open for 7 days prior to processing/printing here in the U.S. after it has been removed from the freight containers. Previously, the raw material could have been processed within 24 hours of receipt. Regarding our inks, they are all 100% Water Based Inkes, Oeko-Tex ECO Passport certified, as well as fully CPSIA complient. Once cured in the printing process, they are completely inert chemically in any form. I.e., the only thing left on the cloth is the water based dye, which is 100% Eco friendly, and inert from any other substances. Thank you for your feedback.

Answer:	Hello there. Its been well over a month since my ill-fated experience with this particular coat tree, but to my recollection it stood roughly 6 feet tall. Maybe 6 and a few inches. Not sure what other dimension would be relevant/known. Girth? I'd say the diameter of the stalk and the hangy-pegs (official term) would be about 1 1/2 feet around. It makes for a good corner piece, but in my particular case, the darn thing had legs of mis-matched length, causing the rack to teeter back-and-forth maddeningly. The decision to buy this piece betrayed my overall vision of a coat tree. I will find the proper tree at a peddler's mall or in the corner of some dusty old barn. Hope this helps.
