Answer:	I bought a Medium. I am of medium to small build (5'11" 177 Lb) While it did work for support, the minute my arms got a little bigger the band would bind at the bicep during the workout. It became cumbersome and uncomfortable. So wait for some size and wear an arm sock or two. Since there is no smaller size.

From the floor to the bottom of the frame is 6”, if you’re thinking about sliding a storage drawer underneath the bed. But for figuring the ‘drop’ for a bed skirt — i.e. from just underneath the mattress down to the floor — i give it 7 inches. It’s surprisingly sturdy for the price, and the fact that it’s held together by gravity and friction/pressure.

Answer:	Yes, depending on the headboard. My wife and I bought a new headboard and the holes did not line up. It wasn’t that big a deal, we just had to drill new ones. This doesn’t mean you’ll have the same issue, but just a heads up.

How to measure the weight of the lid？

• Place the pole on the bathroom scales and then pop it under the lid. This will give you a good indication of the weight. Now remember the Gas Struts are going to be positioned closer to the hinge. Like a door the closer to the hinge you try and open it, the harder and heavier it will be.

The parts are: 2 Bed Foot/Head (single piece each) 2 sides 2 foot rests 12 middle supports And all the screws you need to put them together, and even a hex wrench. Step 1 is to put one of the sides on each head/foot (the two pieces will look identical at this point) Step 2 is then to screw these two sides together. Question:	are these struts easy to install
Answer:	I used standard twist-on electrical wire connectors you can get at any hardware store. If you want to know the specific code you'll need to look into what the code is for your community since codes do vary some. I was also able to remove just one of the knockouts to insert the wires but it was a tight fit.
Question:	Could anyone share some installation experience
Answer:	Both, but I used it for existing construction through drywall ceiling attaching to bottom cord of the trusses. Hardest part was removing old box without tearing up the drywall. Hope this helps!
