Answer:	Just contact the manufacturer with the piece number from the instructions and they will ship it to you at no charge. I had a piece come broke and they shipped in to me in less than a week.

Answer:	That's actually exactly the purpose we are using it for. Daughter is due next week, but we have already set up the dresser with the changing pad on top. There is enough room to one side of the pad to keep baby wipes and some lotions. We use the top drawer for diapers to keep them on hand, but out of the way. If you want to secure it, you'd need to drill the safety strap into the dresser. We opted for large Velcro adhesive straps. Bed doesn't shift at all now, so we're very happy.

Answer:	The slides are typical side mounted drawer slides. I'm not sure what a ball bearing glide looks like, but these are metal with with a wheel on the end that glides through the railing. The dresser does the job for me, it's ikea quality and fit my price point but it's definitely nothing fancy.

Answer:	I am not sure the type of board, but they are sturdy. It comes with enforcers that go under the boards to add durability. My husband was impressed with the craftsmanship of this dressing. Be prepared for may pieces to put it together. It took my husband 2 hours start to finish.

Answer:	The screw length depends upon the thickness of the wood you are attaching the knob to.
Question:	I did not get any hardware, metal knobs or manual. Is there suppose to be another box
Answer:	No. The base appears to be permanently attached. They are small and very pretty. I was very pleased with my purchase. I think trying to remove the base would definitely spoil their appearance.

Answer:	These knobs come with screws and have a hole drilled in them for the screw. You could also use a strong glue instead of the screws.
