Answer:	The top of the cushion is approx. 14" off the floor. The cushion and support comprises 6" and then down 8" to the floor. Very low by American standards.

The whole package including the pallet weighs 450 LBS. The pallet dimensions are 48x40x75 inches. One of the boxes weight 125 lbs, another weighs 105 lbs and the last box weighs 65 lbs. The mattress weight 43 lbs. The pallet weight around 50 lbs. Once it arrives on a pallet you can break open the package and bring in the boxes separately.

Question:	What are the dimensions on the closed product
Answer:	Hello. Thank you for your question. Unfortunately this machine is wire-binding specific. We do manufacture machines that are 3 in 1 machines for coil, wire and comb binding that are available for purchase.
Question:	What prevents the top from sliding away from the base, is it attached somehow
Answer:	You have to load a few at a time.
Question:	What is rubber wood hardwood
Answer:	Either 1.5 or 2.0 inches
Question:	Does it come with a mattress
Answer:	I don't see why you couldn't. I use crafter's chip board, and your covers probably won't be that much thicker. You would have to laser the holes at a 3:1 ratio as that is the size coils are sold for this machine. The only snag might be coil size. I have only found them as large as 9/15", so depending on how large of a book you are making that might get tight. There is also a bit of a learning curve to getting nice round coils. The trick is to push the ready to bind coil up against the back wall, rest your pages on the top and squeeze the handle down slowly. Otherwise you end up with an oval.

Answer:	It would need to be anchored to the wall. It is also very close to the ceiling, but less than mine was in college.
