Answer:	This table and chairs is small, very light weight and not worth the money. One chair broke within the first month of purchase. I purchased this set for my twin 1 1/2 year old grandsons. They are able to turn them over and throw them around. I would strongly suggest purchasing a wood set or something more substantial than this.

Answer:	Sorry, there is only one place for the ladder, it on the right side.. There are no pre fab holds or openings for the attachment of the top bunk to the left side. The opening is on the right. You would have to modify the plans and It not worth the effort however.

Answer:	Of course , you can use this platform twin bed without the drawer .
Question:	How deep is the desk
Answer:	It says 330lb. I think adult can sleep on it,but it depends on the person.

Question:	Is the ladder fixed in place or can it be attached when needed? I don’t want the ladder to take up floor space when the bed is not in use
Answer:	It would be pretty difficult to move. It is a solid piece of furniture. My kids bedroom has hard wood, so we placed furniture pads on the bottom of the bunk bed and stairs. We are able to slide it around the room if needed. If it a carpeted room it would be quite challenging to move as you would need at least 4 people to move it. The beds and stairs are bolted together. It actually makes the entire structure solid. I guess it be separated, but it would make the beds and stairs both more unstable. When they are bolted together it creates a very strong bunk bed and stairs.
