Answer:	I have a bad back. Soft beds simply make it worse. This bed, sells as Med Firm. Is darn near as firm as you'll get in a memory bed. All whilst NOT feeling like it's rock hard. I sleep a heck of a lot better and wake up without the extra excruciating back pain. This bed is perfect for those wanting/ needing a COMFORTABLE Firm bed. I bought mine Oct, 2020. And will buy another for the guest room.

Answer:	Yes! This is the size of a Queen and Twin XL. I bought this for my college student who is sharing a room. It is very sturdy after assembly, it could hold 2 adults on bottom and one adult on top. My daughter sleeps on top bunk and is 140 lbs.......I would say it could easily hold up to 200-230lbs (adult) on top bunk. Plenty long because it's a twin XL, my daughter is 5'10''. Hope that helps.

Answer:	We used a queen mattress and boxspring on the bottom and it worked fine. The higher the mattress, the smaller the sleeping space is from the bottom of the top bunk though

Answer:	You'd need to use the other frame of the bottom bed, but you don't have to install the cross bars that actually holds the mattress on the bottom. It would allow you to walk underneath the top bunk but you would have to step over the outer frame.
