Question:	Is this a mattress topper or a mattress? I got my toddler a foam mattress from a store and its so so hot. Does it go on top? Is this supportive alone
Answer:	Its is a mattress kind of thing, you can use it as mattress and also you can use it as topper on the hot mattress to reduce the heat
Question:	Does this mattress work for an adult?? as a visitor? not to use for long time
Answer:	As an adult I wouldn't use this as a primary mattress, but I think it would be fine for short term visitors. I'd be fine sleeping on it in that type of a scenario.
Question:	Would this be a good mattress (5") for a top twin bunk? Also, I believe that the bunk bed comes with slats, would I need to get a solid plyboard too
Answer:	This is an excellent mattress for the top bunk. It’s comfy even if we lay w/her for a bit and fits well in their more shallow bases, so we didn’t fear her rolling/slipping out. We got one for our daughter’s IKEA bed (close slat base), another for our son’s loft-bed (flat, solid base) then ordered a third for our guest room daybed. That had wire mesh base and was for an adult, so if had a couple hard-ish spots after a few days. BUT we added a flat (thin plywood) platform underneath & grabbed an inexpensive quilted mattress pad and she said it was great (180lb 5’7” older female visiting 3 weeks). So I’d say this is a GREAT kids bunk or guest room option.
Question:	What is the weight limit? I have a great dane and he will get to 200 lb and I need to make sure this will support him well enough on the floor

Answer:	Thanks for your question, Linda! This particular model fits sliding glass door openings 76 13/16" to 81". Unfortunately we do not have a method of increasing the height and heavy modifications would likely be needed.
Question:	Has anyone been able to find bed risers that fit this bed
Answer:	Yes it’s unlocked you just need to insert a SIM card or use Bluetooth
Question:	What is the Weight limit
Answer:	Length of the V920 piston body is 11.25 inches. This includes the pin that holds it to the door but not the shaft that extends and contracts as the door opens and closes. Don't know what the V1020WH length is.
Question:	Noise level, does it squeak at all
Answer:	The only adjustment is the screw at the right end of the cylinder for slow to fast speed closing. Other, more expensive closers will have more adjustments.

Question:	does this squeek
Answer:	It comes with velcro fasteners that stick to the doorframe. The velcro works ok but will come loose in gusty wind. I used a staple gun and that holds. I don't put the staples all the way in so they're easy to remove. This is the best screen I've had. The magnets are sewn in and wiil not come off.

Question:	Can you attach a headboard
Answer:	Hello, Rose! This door is designed to be semi-permanent. It can be placed in, and removed from, the door track easily though. However, if you choose to not secure it to the door frame, you will not be able to use the lock feature. The door frame will be stationary during use, but the flexible vinyl flap will move as your pet goes through. Additionally, nothing about the door should inherently cause interference with your security system. If this is a concern, it may be best to speak with your security system provider though.
Question:	Does this really need a mattress or can I sleep on it as is
Answer:	Thank you for your question! If your sliding screen door is within the compatible height range of 76 13/16" - 81" and has a track that is 3/4" wide, you should be able to install this pet door onto it.
