Answer:	The booklet included in the box includes the option to remove the talking.
Question:	Are the voice messages on a separate drive? Meaning, if I use my own USB, with my own music, will the "thank you" messages play over my own USB
Answer:	Our machine has only one USB port. However Grace comes with software that allows you to "Add your custom messaging or favorite music with the flick of a finger. Drag any MP3 file onto the USB drive and you are ready to go." So probably the USB that comes with Grace has MP3 slots to put your own music in between on hold voice message slots. We just use Grace as it came out of the box. Contact Grace Customer Service, IMO.
Question:	WE currently have a radio connected to our phones system for music on hold. Will this work in its place
Answer:	Does the radio have RCA Jacks or a Mic Jack? If your phone system has a RCA Jack, connect it to the RCA Out on your Grace Digital Music Player. Adjust music on hold volume accordingly by testing with a phone all and being placed on-hold. Good Luck.

Answer:	There definitely is a subscription fee for Sirius. They have multiple plans available all at different fees. I suggest you look on the Sirius website. I dont think it is worth what they want.....I'm just going back to using my iPod.
