Answer:	You only get what you see. There is no padding or padded inner short with these. However, I bought a pair in every color because my husband liked the fit and value. He already had padded liners from more expensive shorts he can wear with these. My husband wears a 34 in pants, I bought these shorts in size Large. (XL were too big and I had to return.)
