Answer:	I use it with Jura espresso machine , cleaning cappacino cycle. Add a teaspoon to about 1/2 cup water, machine sucks it thru hose cleaning milk residue. Then rinse with clean water. Ready to brew!

Answer:	We use this exclusively in our coffee shop to clean steam wands and steaming pitchers, cream pitchers, etc. It works just fine for cleaning off soy, almond, and coconut milk residue. The "secret" of course, is to wipe off the steam wands immediately after you're done steaming. Don't let anything bake on or build up. I don't believe the enzymes in the Urnex will break down non-dairy products, but works fine for wiping off the steam wand. If there's build-up, you might need to use something stronger, like a scrub pad and barkeeper's friend or something similar to scour it off.

It seems as though one of the FBA sellers has changed each pitcher to state that the exterior is polished stainless steel, when in fact one is black, one is white, and one is polished stainless steel. This is a problem with Amazon listings that several sellers sell the same product. anyone with inventory can change the description. Thank you for bringing this to my attention. All are made with stainless steel but the finish is different color. All are good pitchers, so it is a choice of colors. I will work on fixing the listings to reflect the correct exterior finish.
