Question:	The "honey oak" looks a lot more like a cherry stain. Is it true to color as shown in the photo
Answer:	I bought these a few years ago; I have two sets stacked in either corner of my bedroom. Mine were billed as "honey oak" as pictured here and are the color of Red Chestnut in the Minwax stain chart, if you are familiar (you can probably google it). I would describe it as the color of rust or of auburn hair. That said, a friend admired mine and order the same thing a year afterward, same color. Hers are much lighter and more like the Minwax Golden Oak. She was not displeased and kept it. But be aware what you get may not look as pictured here. I don't understand why they don't just offer both colors.

Answer:	I use this caddy for supplements, not books. However, some of the protein jugs I place on this caddy are pretty heavy, and I have had no issues with stability. I think it would hold books with no problem. Very happy with this corner unit.

Answer:	Yes you can stack them. I have two sets, stacked, in opposite corners of my bedroom. They come with dowel rods that embed in the ends for a clean look. Had them for years, and I am very pleased. There is a trick to stacking that can stabilize the set if you are placing them on carpet or on a floor that is not level: Each comes with a "cap" shelf that sits on top and is larger than all the other shelves. When you stack them, the cap shelf for the bottom unit is not used. Place that cap shelf directly on the floor and use it as a base for the unit. Works great. And if necessary it can be leveled before you place the unit on top of it it.

Answer:	It's approximately 16" from the floor to the middle shelf. Yes, it's possible to leave the bottom shelf folded up. There's a bar on the back of the shelf that you could easily secure the bottom shelf to, in order to secure it. This shelf is very versatile.

Answer:	Yes, it comes flat in the shipping box. There are no bolts or screws needed for assembly. The shelves just swing into position into their clips. It can be disassembled the same way. I would save the box to make it easier for transport.

Answer:	From the very top of the decorative final on top to the top of the first shelf is 15.25 inches. The distance between each of the shelves is approximately 17 inches. I say that because my two units have slight variations, so it ranges between 17 inches and 17.25. The distance between the bottom of the lowest shelf and the floor is 4.25 inches. These units are very sturdy and attractive. I had been looking for years to find something this size that was attractive in a reasonable price range. These shelves knocked it out of the park!

Answer:	Not very stable on carpet. It fell down. You can only put a few light items on, even so, not sturdy. I ended up taking it down and donating it. Cheaply made.

Answer:	Wood glue is provided so that the two wood sections can be permanently joined together. However, this is not necessary if the unit is be placed on a flat even surface in the corner for it not to tip over.
