Answer:	We have not had the wedding yet but I have put the box together and it is a very large box. It stands !0" tall and the box is in the shape of an octagon. The width of each of the octagon panels is 5" wide so the inside area is a lot of room. It actually looks like a large octagon shaped hat box. If you measured the distance from one side to an opposite side you will come up with 11 1/2" with each of the 2 opposite sides around the octagon shaped box. I am sure it will hold all the cards from a wedding unless you are planning on having more than 400-500 maybe.
