Answer:	I took them out of the package and left them out on a table. They fluffed right up. If they are still flat, maybe put them in the dryer for a few minutes.

Answer:	I would call them medium, but some would probably call them soft!

Answer:	I have washed them and there doesn't seem to be any problem with them.
