Answer:	I apologize for the delay in response. I bought this because I didn't feel comfortable with the others.. I think i bought large which was too large. It runs large than I expected. I bought a large and should have bought a medium. as far as materiel, I should have stayed with the terry cloth that I liked.

Answer:	No it doesn't have a loop to hang. It hangs on a hook at the gym. I've used it many times at the gym, and never missed a loop.
