Answer:	I can't really tell you the smallest size it squeezes down to, b/c I use the travel tempur pedic pillow which has its own bag and is like a small bread roll size weighing maybe 1-2 pounds max. That is a better pillow to travel with.

Question:	Where is it made
Answer:	I don't have a single Dalstrong blade, but I have almost the complete line of these Mercer Culinary Genesis blades, and I can tell you I LOVE how easily they cut, along with the balance, the feel of the handle, the grip, and just about everything about this blade. The steel they use will hold an edge pretty well, but it will dull faster that stronger metals, or course. But, that's ALSO an advantage, because it's easier to hone and resharpen the knife when needed. I have a 14 degree angle guide on my steel (honing). I also have the newer line of Whustoff classic for the 8" Chef knife and those come at 14 degrees, and I have a sharpener for it, the kind where you pull the blade through it, and its sharpeners are 14 degrees. The Mercer Culinary all come at 15 degrees, but I set it to 14 with both honing and sharpening and never have issues. In fact it makes it cut faster and I can cut a sliver of paper, coming in at maybe a 20 degree angle, then once the blade has caught the paper, which is immediately, I turn the blade parallel to the edge of the paper that I cut into, and I cut slivers of paper about the size between thick spaghetti or linguine. Question:	How to check authenticity of silk
Answer:	Functionally the Millennia Nakiri should perform very similar to the Genesis Nakiri. The difference is in the components made in the blade and the construction, Genesis being forged and Millennia being a stamped blade. Both are razor sharp and come with a limited lifetime warranty. They both have a 15 degree edge on them and should be able to be resharpened quite easily. The Genesis being forged has a much heavy feel and balance to it over the Millennia. The handle on the Genesis is 100% Santoprene and the Millennia is a two piece Santoprene Poly handle, both are non-slip and ergonomic.
Question:	What is the way to clean/wash the pillowcase
Answer:	We hand finish the Genesis series between 15-18 degrees. It will hold a 15 degree edge with no problem and is easily maintained.
Question:	Does it matter if this is washed in cold or warm water
Answer:	I think this knife out performs the 7 inch Santoku, i am 75 years old and have been around knives most of my life. The Mercer out performs knives costing a lot more . I highly recommend this knife you will not be sorry!!
