Answer:	China! I wasn't crazy about that fact, but the American Baby Company Organic Waterproof Quilted Sheet Saver Cover is a good product. I've had two for over a year and they've been great. I tried the version from Sheetworld (all their products are made in USA), but it's not waterproof.
