Question:	what is the size
Answer:	The larger pads we purchased are approximately 10.5 x 21 inches and the larger pads seem to be more reliable than the small pad. We own 3 of the larger size pads and had one of the small pads. We continue to enjoy the three larger pads regularly. The smaller pad no longer works but I also don't know how long I used it and it is out of the warranty period. The larger pads are better for lumbar pain while sitting on the couch or on shoulders. The smaller pad was acceptable for lumbar use but we wouldn't buy that one again because the larger pads are much more comfortable and effective. For lumbar pain I use the pad along with a lumbar support pad on the couch. I also mainly use the large pad on the lowest setting even with clothes on. Sometimes I'll kick it up to medium for a short time. It's rare that I ever use the high setting.
Question:	Automatic off switchs are annoying. Can this one be left on
Answer:	yes this can be left on and it is longer than a regular heating pad......it is excellent

Answer:	I could only fine 'natural grains' as a description of the filling.

Answer:	There is only one mitten. If you want 2, you would need to purchase 2. I cannot answer the 120 volt question. I assume if your microwave is low voltage, you would need to heat the mitten longer. I saw one suggestion, to heat for 2-2 1/2 minutes. Just try it and put your hand in it to see if it is warm enough. It is it not, put it back in longer.
Question:	how long will the heat continue last
Answer:	The heat lasts about 10 - 15 minutes, and if you would like the heat to stay warmer longer we recommend that once they are on your hands you simply wrap a hand towel or like around the mittens proving insulation. Most of the time 10 to 15 minutes is whats recommended for therapy purposes. Its the consistent frequency of use that provides the best benefit and relief of pain and pain related issues.

Answer:	Yes, the boots are very soft and cushiony. Our only concern has been the edges of the straps. There are two on each boot. The cushioning doesn't wrap around the strap and the fabric along the edges is a bit sharp. You must just be aware of this when they are being put on and taken off. But they are working very well for us otherwise.

Answer:	It is one boot because it is a piece of equipment. When you purchase a special shoulder sling because of an injury, you don't require a sling for the opposite shoulder. Likewise, this boot is is designed specifically for pressure sore recovery or prevention. That doesn't mean you automatically need it for the other foot, where those issues may not be a concern.

Answer:	EVERY heating pad should say that in the instructions. Of course, many people do it any way but it raises the risk of you getting burned. You're trapping the heat against yourself as well as whatever surface the pad is on- bed, chair, etc. I have used a heating pad on my back for many years now, usually leaning against it and have been fine. However, I know other people who have been burned by theirs- my mother, who was receiving chemo, got a large burn on her back. Be smart about it- check the area often and allow it to cool off completely periodically if you need to lay/sit on it.
Question:	What temperatures do the three seatings heat the pad up to
Answer:	It looks like most of the other answers from 2017 and earlier showed their pads got hot, around 140 degrees, and all the answers from 2020 say the pad barely got warm. I just tried it out today and was disappointed that it wasn't getting hot. So I used my infrared digital thermometer (doesn't everyone have one due to COVID-19?) to check the temp, and the highest temp setting was only 104. Plan to return. The only thing this pad has to do is provide heat, and it doesn't.

Answer:	It would protect the blistered area from becoming an open wound in most cases. It is used for preventative measures such as decubitus (open wound/bed sore}.,in a bedridden patient.
Question:	Would they work if you have a retro heel spur ( back of heel) as can only lay on sides and not on back as then the heel gets sore during the night
Answer:	It may halp to alleviate pressure to the area, but when I used it for my Mother, I used tape to secure the Velcro straps, as they tend to come loose during the night.

Answer:	Dear Customer, It can be used on almost all the door, if you can cut a hole through the door. You can use a cutting machine to cut the hole on the pool cage when install. Please make sure the thickness of the door is enough to install the cat flap. The flame of the cat flap could be cut according the door's thickness. But at least reserve 0.8 inch. Hope this help! Question:	Has anyone used this with a thin mattress? we have ikea mattresses that are only about 5" thick, and i'm wondering if it will work
Answer:	No. It is not breathable. Traps body heat in bed in a way that was never an issue until we started using this cover. I like that it’s thin, soft and waterproof, but this sweating issue is intolerable and I will be removing it now.

Answer:	No, this mattress RETAINS HEAT!! I’m just now realizing this after baby is sleeping in her crib. This was a gift on a registry and baby wakes up soaking wet sometimes, while dressed in only ONE layer of clothing!!! No heat on either

Answer:	It will work on a toddler bed or large cribs. I have the Delta 4-in-1 crib. Even though it fits, the mattress I have did not fully expand on one end so to compromise, we had to stuff blankets and towels to even it out. So if you decide to purchase one, make sure to follow instructions and get it to fully expand. If it doesn't just try to make the best of it, it's worth the price. On another note, a friend of mine also has this, and her's didn't fully expand and she ended up converting it into a kinder mat. Her little one naps on it in the living room.
