Question:	What is the length and width
Answer:	Nope. That portion of the mattress pops right back into place after you get it out of the rolled up plastic. We were more worried about it playing mattress ninja than anything because of the spring portion. The memory foam is the area that takes the longest to air back out after being rolled up like a burrito and in the box. The coils bounce right back out.
Question:	Has anyone used this mattress with the Ikea Kura loft bed? Does it work well
Answer:	10 inch is the firmest. 14 is the softest. If you look at the cross section of each, you will see the 12 has slightly thicker foam layers and the 14 even more. I slept on the 10 at a friend's house. My husband loves a firm mattress but I do not because I sleep 50% of the time on my side and end up with my shoulder hurting in the morning. The Zinus mattress was firm but I did not have any problems with my shoulder. We slept three more nights on our friend's 10 mattress and decided to order a 12 for our house, since I prefer a softer mattress. The 12 is perfect. I would also note that you really can't compare "firmness" from other mattresses to the Zinus mattress. Other firm mattresses are hard as a rock and there is no give so you end up feeling you are sleeping on a concrete floor. The Zinus mattress is really about support and not firmness. There is over a 100 pound difference between my husband and me. The Zinus mattress has the right combination of springs to give my husband the support he needs and the gel and foam to give me softness/give so I don't wake with my shoulder hurting. Answer:	The trundle is the same size as the top day bed. The arms are actually on the out side of the mattress ends, so the whole day bed is actually a few inches longer and wider than a twin mattress.

Question:	The picture shows that you can basically put this inside of a bed to use as a box spring/base... has anyone tried to use it this way? Problems
Answer:	We have a queen cast iron bed with headboard, footboard, side rails, and bottom rails for box springs. This 60”x80” platform has recessed legs so we fit it down into the original bed frame without having to make any adjustments. We did not have to attach it to either headboard or footboard (they’re attached to side rails). It is exactly the size of a queen mattress.
Question:	Does this come with brackets for attaching a headboard or do you need to buy those separately
Answer:	somebody below stated that they had a traditional headboard that didn't work with the brackets cuz the holes were lower to the ground. MY HEADBOARD is an older (but rock solid wooden) Broyhill headboard and lined up with the holes and on the brackets PERFECTLY. Yes, the holes might be lower and the frame might be higher BUT the brackets are TEN inches from top to bottom and reach down low to where the mounting holes start just a few inches from the ground. My headboard attached to where it shares the weight of the mattress with the frame and due to the fact the old style bed-frame brackets were only about 4" tall this new type of bracket made by Zinus presses up against your bed-frame for 10" top to bottom making a MUCH MORE SOLID CONNECTION. My headboard is more solid than with any traditional bedframe (that held the box spring)......... EXCELLENT BRACKETS INSTALL IN MINUTES.....

Answer:	This frame is designed to be used with a memory foam mattress. Use it as it comes from the box. If you use plywood or other flat surface on the frame, your mattress will slip and slide. The wire grid prevents mattress slide, keeps bedding securely tucked in and safely supports the mattress without damage. My husband and I are very happy with this frame. It will support 2400 pounds of weight. unpacks and is ready to use in about 5 minutes. All you need to do it pull it out of the box, unfold it, attach the 2 wing nuts to the head and foot ends of the center posts. Put on your mattress and bedding. The queen frame weights between 30 and 35 pounds. The delivery box was 12-15 inches deep. You can easily carry the entire boxed frame up the narrowest stairwells. Answer:	This mattress will fit any standard size sheets.
Question:	Info says to open within 72 hours but we received as a gift before we move. We really don't have space for it right now. Can we wait a month or so
Answer:	I really don't know what to tell you. But, I didn't open mine within 72 hours. I think we did it in a week or 8 days. I didn't even know it said to open it within 72 hours. But here's what the company said: We recommend taking your mattress out immediately (why wait for wondrous sleep?). If you must, don’t wait longer than a week from the date the mattress was delivered. They didn't say why. Hope this help!
Question:	Is there an odor & are the materials considered all natural? Where is it made
Answer:	Yes. It takes a good week or so for odor to diminish We will not be purchasing another mattress from them.
Question:	is it going to attack me when I open the box
Answer:	No. Mine was wrapped up really good with plastic and taped. Now when u cut the tape it will pop open though. But not when u first take it out of the box.

Answer:	Thanks for your question, Linda! This particular model fits sliding glass door openings 76 13/16" to 81". Unfortunately we do not have a method of increasing the height and heavy modifications would likely be needed.
Question:	Has anyone been able to find bed risers that fit this bed
Answer:	Yes it’s unlocked you just need to insert a SIM card or use Bluetooth
Question:	What is the Weight limit
Answer:	Length of the V920 piston body is 11.25 inches. This includes the pin that holds it to the door but not the shaft that extends and contracts as the door opens and closes. Don't know what the V1020WH length is.
Question:	Noise level, does it squeak at all
Answer:	The only adjustment is the screw at the right end of the cylinder for slow to fast speed closing. Other, more expensive closers will have more adjustments.

Answer:	Yes, it is a USB 3.2 Generation hub. USB 3.1 Gen 2 (10Gbps) is the same thing as USB 3.2 Gen 2 (10Gbps), the name change/update has just occurred recently. According to USB-IF what was considered USB 3.1 Generation 2 is now called USB 3.2 Generation 2. Same ability new name.

Answer:	Twin is for a single person, the next size up would be a double or standard size. The word twin is confusing I know because it is the smallest mattress for a single adult or child. XL neans this particular matress is a little bit larger than most twins. Hope this helps.
