They have a kickstand to make it easier. With a helper, it shouldn't be difficult. But honestly, none of these nets are truly meant to be moved around a lot, or drained with ease, that I saw. They're all going to need to be weighed down somehow. If quick drainage is your biggest concern, you should look at other hoops. Maybe there's one that has a bottom drain.
