Answer:	Beware that the pillows being shipped now are **considerably** lighter than the original ones from several years ago (the one I bought a few years ago is 4 pounds; the one I just bought is 2.4 pounds (2 pounds 6 ounces) ). Also note that this answer is for the standard pillow (not the gusseted one), but I imagine that if foam weight suffered for one type of pillow, it may have suffered across the board.

If it is to cool for you flip it over. .. because only one side is the really cool side. Question:	is there a cover for the pillow
Answer:	No they will not. The USB simply provides auxiliary power to power the motors. You could look into getting something like a USB Audio Adapter (search that on Amazon) which will provide the 3.5mm jacks that you need for this headset. If you are willing to spend a little more money, you could look into the Rosewill RHTS-8206. I personally own both this Inland headset and the Rosewill RHTS-8206 and the Rosewill dominates the Inland. The Rosewill also has a vibration feature, an inline volume control, and it has 5.1 surround in addition. You could also get something like the Microsoft LifeChat LX-3000, but you will not be getting the vibration feature and I cannot personally vouch for it as I have never tried it.
Question:	How do I determine if soft, medium, or firm is the best for me? I am a side sleeper with sever scoliois, meaning lots of back and hip pain

Answer:	It's about the size of a normal pair of gamers headphones, it has a bit of weight to it, but nothing bad at all, if you're used to really light headphones, then they might feel a little heavier for a day or so. It does cover the ears, so discretion with audio volume is advised. Only wearing one of the phones over your ear also helps.

Answer:	The battery pack plugs into a jack which is found lower down the headset wire after the volume and boost controls.The battery pack provides power to the bass boosting the output. I have never used it because it is too bulky as it hangs from the jack. The USB cable provides the same boost feature but from the USB port connected to the computer.I prefer this as everything is connected to the back of my computer anyway and does not get in my way. While the battery pack means less connections, the weight was the decider against using it.Hope this helps you.
