Question:	I am 4'9", which size should i get? I have arthritis and a bad back but still good flexibility
Answer:	I found this cushion to be very comfy. Keep in mind, I have a big kaboos! So, I got this one because it stated a larger circumference and higher. I think it's accurate. These are larger than some and they are at least 6" in height (thickness). If you're smaller, you might find 6" a little high for when you want to sit lotus position. I would consider a smaller cushion if you're smaller than the average woman.
Question:	How much weight can this handle
Answer:	Probably a lot, it is filled with very hard shells... but if you are worrying about the weight of a person I would point out that the pillow is SMALL. I am skinny and I cannot sit on this with legs crossed, it just isn't large enough and maybe it is called meditation pillow but it certainly cannot be used to meditate. The best you can do with this pillow is sit to drink a cup of tea/coffee and/or chat with someone for a short amount of time. But then again, if the question is about the weight of a person, I would also have my reserves because the pillow is very low as well and you may have serious difficulties sitting on it without falling or when getting up.

Answer:	My home scale showed 5 lbs. It's hefty enough to hold up when sitting directly on it during yoga. As it has a handle sewn in, its very easy to carry.

Answer:	I had one of these and loved it, BUT - no, the cover isn't truly removable unless you want buckwheat all over your place. I wish they'd change the blueprint, because the cushion itself is the best I've ever sat on.

For cold therapy, seal the eye pillow in a freezer bag and place in the freezer for a minimum of one hour before using.
