Question:	Do I need different sheets to fit this topper
Answer:	The current 2019 Amazon product listing page for this mattress offers 4 or 5 different height options - 6 inch, 8 inch, 10 inch, 12 inch, etc. They vary in softness, with the taller ones having more cushion and being softer. (Maybe back in 2016 when this question was asked, there could have been just one height available.) I recently bought a 7 inch foam mattress from this company and I have found it much firmer and much less comfortable than I was expecting (I weigh about 128 pounds and do not like "soft" mattresses), so I would recommend erring on the thicker side of things for this kind of mattress.

Question:	How much does it weigh
Answer:	This mattress definitely needs a solid surface underneath it. I think a box spring would be OK. We have a platform surface underneath the mattress (it's a really thick, heavy piece of particle board cut to fit the mattress frame) and that works great. I would not recommend placing it on slats, though, because the mattress is not sturdy enough to rest on the slats without sinking down. It would work on a loft bed depending on which of these methods you would be using. It sure would be easy to lift it up onto the loft, though, because for a mattress it's very lightweight! Just make sure you put it up on the loft before you open it so you don't have to maneuver it up there after it has expanded.

Answer:	I bought this to go on top of a click clack type of futon. It fit perfectly other than it's a couple inches longer, but I'm not planning to cut it. As far as sheets, I think a standard twin would work, depending on the thickness of your mattress you're using it on. Just remember to account for the combined thicknesses. The futon I have is fairly hard, so this made it very comfortable.

Answer:	This mattress pad states that it conforms to certipur standards, which means low VOC off-gassing. see: http://certipur.us/about-the-seal/frequently-asked-questions/ I would agree, The smell is very short lived compared to other foam pads that I have bought in the past. Out of the plastic wrap, it smelled strong for about 24 hours, then another couple of days to really go away completely. I am fairly sensitive to these VOC's, so I made sure it was odorless before I put it on the bed and under the sheets. Actually, I waited a week with it unrolled in the spare bed room (the first day with the window open a crack). This offgassing period was nothing to compared another pad that I put the garage for 6 months and could still smell it. Eventually I just threw it away. I can't imagine what it does to a person's health to just unroll one of these cheap pads and start breathing those toxins all night for months and months. That manufacturer's information said something like 'you may notice a slight odor' which is code for 'we are trying to sell this but avoid health-related lawsuits.' Yes, this pad is a little smelly at first, but it is short-lived and 100 times better than your average memory foam pad. Don't forget - it's super comfortable and you'll sleep like a baby.

Answer:	People call this a stupid question. Everything burns. Some of the answers were amusing. But perhaps it's just lacking context. Going to go out on a limb here, but I believe the question reads "if it catches on fire, is it more or less toxic and combustible than other household items because of this "gel" substance?" I believe the answer was it just melts. Dunno about the smoke toxicity which could actually be a bigger problem. There's a reason fire code says in wall ethernet cable should be plenum for instance. Everyone rolls their eyes, and sure the chances of ever being in a fire are low. But anyone that has ever survived a house fire when others did not know the peril is real and it's worth a little awareness. Weird stuff happens.

Answer:	I don't know exactly. I have a "Full Twin." And since you cannot find this anymore, I bought the queen. One thing for sure, after multiple washings, it still is kinda sloppy. Meaning room to spare. One con about this micro fiber is that when you try to fold it nice- I like to able to fold my sheets nice, the micro prevents that. It kinda bunches up. Ugh!

Question:	How deep is the queen fitted sheet? Also, are there pillow cases that matc
Answer:	Deborah, are you measuring from the top of the mattress or from where your present sheet starts ? I am trying to buy sheets online and I looked at the fitted sheet on my Queen bed tonight and I measured from the very top of the mattress to where it goes down and tucks under and my friend said I should measure from where my present sheet's seam starts. Then I realized that I didn't need a 16" deep pocket - I hope!

Answer:	I use and have used micro fiber sheets for 10 plus years. Many different brands, bought multiple years (for my boat) they are amazing to use HOWEVER they will always smell like polyester. ALWAYS FOREVER 40+ washes with different softener or temperature (dryer too) will never change the smell. That being said, the sheets are amazing, durable, soft, strong and easy to care. I just keep using febreeze type before use.

Answer:	LIES. These are not like luxury sheets. Yes they’re soft no you don’t slide off. Reminds me of soft flannel sheets but super thin.
Question:	What fabric are these sheets made out of? What chemical is used to make them "stain resistant
Answer:	The ones we bought are made of "microfiber." But that's just a generic term: it simply means a very fine--small diameter--synthetic thread, finer than a strand of silk (which itself is very fine). The basic purpose of using microfibers is that they are very soft and, well, silky. Polyester, Nylon and Kevlar are all used to make microfibers. I remember something in the packaging mentioning "birch," as in the tree, being the source of the material. If that's the case then the microfibers would be cellulosic: Rayon or Viscose, which are soft and luxurious by nature. The fabric could also be a blend, say incorporating polyester microfibers for strength. Regardless, all of these fibers are reasonably stain resistant so I don't believe there is a separate treatment for that. And they're all hypoallergenic.But remember, I'm only guessing as to the chemistry of the actual thread.

Answer:	This is not a heavy comforter - compared to my old down comforter, it feels very light. But I find that it sleeps INCREDIBLY hot.

Answer:	Yes, always wash any fabric that will be having skin contact before using. Whether it is a blanket, clothes etc. You need to wash it first to get the dyes and other chemicals off.
Question:	what kind of duet cover will work with this insert's corner tabs? How does one attach corner tabs to cover's corners
Answer:	I don't know how these work w/o sewing fabric ties on both comforter and duvet. I found the perfect answer for any duvet and it holds comforter in place w/o slipping, tearing, shifting or sewing! I found these clear hard plastic circles (doubles-one snaps inside the other ) to hold corners in place w/o any problems. I first used them 4 a med. weight comforter (not this one) and an antique lace duvet. Held beautifully and invisibly w/no damages. With the corner tabs, you just put the larger circle on the top of tab and the smaller circle on the outside bottom of the duvet cover and snap together.Voila! I can't recall the name but Bed,Bath & Beyond has a four-pack for about $10-$12.Just tell them what you are looking for and that you need clear plastic comforter/duvet cover corner holders. They also last forever and are easy to remove for cleaning or changing styles.
