Answer:	Fleece is not water proof, but it does naturally repel water. So if you are in a light sprinkle you'll be fine, but not a down pour. FYI- Fleece backing is often used in reusable menstrual pads as it does keep the wet out for a while. So yes, it can handle more than people think. It is also a pretty fast drying material.

Answer:	I don't know how these work w/o sewing fabric ties on both comforter and duvet. I found the perfect answer for any duvet and it holds comforter in place w/o slipping, tearing, shifting or sewing! I found these clear hard plastic circles (doubles-one snaps inside the other ) to hold corners in place w/o any problems. I first used them 4 a med. weight comforter (not this one) and an antique lace duvet. Held beautifully and invisibly w/no damages. With the corner tabs, you just put the larger circle on the top of tab and the smaller circle on the outside bottom of the duvet cover and snap together.Voila! I can't recall the name but Bed,Bath & Beyond has a four-pack for about $10-$12.Just tell them what you are looking for and that you need clear plastic comforter/duvet cover corner holders. They also last forever and are easy to remove for cleaning or changing styles.

Answer:	I think this depends on your preference for fit. I prefer a bit of looseness in my outer clothing. I normally wear a Large for shirts and sweaters, but with these I returned them for XL so I can wear them over other layers. I'm 5'9" and 177. If I were you I'd be doing the XXL.

Answer:	To the above answer from LeBag, I wash 100% polyester (this not is not fleece. The term is now used loosely. Real fleece is WOOL) in hot water and a hot dryer all the time with never a problem. To answer your question, polyester will shrink minimally over time.

Answer:	I was wondering the same when I was thinking of purchasing this comforter and everyone was giving different answers. I finally bought it and this is the answer. No, it does not have ties. Because, it has loops (ribbon going across each corner). The duvet covers are usually the ones that have ties. The duvet inserts (comforter) are usually the ones that include the loops. YES, THIS COMFORTER INCLUDES THE LOOPS TO TIE THE TIES FROM.
Question:	How do you get the wrinkles out? Its really bad
Answer:	If it's dust mites you're worried about, it's heat, not hot water, that kills them. So for all my bedding/pillows, I wash on cold, gentle, and dry low, to prevent any shrinking. Once they're dry, I put them in the dryer on the hottest setting for 30-60 minutes. The high heat from the dryer will kill the dust mites, and since it's already dry, no shrinking.
Question:	can i get the curtains to match design
Answer:	Brian, I have a feeling that you might like this cover better than I did. I live in New England. I was looking for a cover that was over stuffed and cozy. This cover is not over stuffed. It's light weight. I was not impressed at all. I put it away for the winter but plan to pull it out in May. So this cover might be just right for you living in Florida.
