Question:	What the customer talking about? Glass came out of the blanket
Answer:	There are glass beads inside the blanket. Thats what gives it the "weight". I have not had any issues with the glass beads escaping the blanket. I use mine with a cover, so any beads that might escape would be caught by the cover. I would not use this blanket without the cover, because it cannot be washed. If you were to wash it in a washing machine, I think the seams would get stressed and maybe the beads would start to come out.
Question:	How do I reach this company? Tiny balls were in my bed, this morning, after 4th night of use
Answer:	Check all your seams they may have a tear or depending on the cost were just not sewn properly. I have had them come out too I use my vac to dispose of the cast offs. I did resew the edge .

Answer:	86x92 duvet cover will be ready for sale after 25 days. There was a delay due to covid19.

Answer:	I use a sheet then the WONAP cooling weighted blanket. I also find that I do not need anything else on top of that. I never get hot with it but it provides amazing comfort and security! I have never slept better in my life!! And I was a person who previously had to be on a CPAP machine for sleep. NO MORE!

Answer:	Hello - Your note here says you can put this in the dryer but the label on my mine with instructions says DO NOT TUMBLE Dry, so can you please clarify IF I am able to put this in my dryer? if so, on what setting?

The material is a cooling material and I use it 24/7 even in the sweltering 100 degree Carolina heat! And I am one who tends to get hot flashes...this does not contribute to that...it really has a cooling effect!
