Answer:	Mine is neither. Remember they get softer as time goes on and will flatten a bit. From end to end before the velour ends start it is 11 1/2 inches long..If I flatten my hands against it it will stretch to 14 inches. The sides are still 6 inches and when not being touched it's about 5 inches... I use mine all the time and I want it to be flexible enough to move under my neck and head. I like these pillows but to do all over again, I think I'd go a bit bigger ( longer).
Question:	Anyone try the memory phone and inflatable and have thoughts as to who might want one versus the other
Answer:	I think the reason they do not post the size on this site is because they come in many different sizes. The one I just got is 6"W x 12" L and packed so tight it pushes my head from the back of the sofa and very uncomfortable. Definitely not a neck pillow. I gave it to my husband for the bedroom so he can use it to prop his head up. Their specs should indicate soft and flexible 😉
