Question:	is this pillow very firm
Answer:	Definitely not, the firmness is just right for the job (in my opinion). It does get the shape of your neck but pushes it gently releaving the stress tension.
Question:	Do you use this along with your regular pillow or just by itself
Answer:	Just by itself, for me it works best when I’m belly up. I often use it just for a few minutes (20-30min) just to relief neck pressure and go to sleep with my “regular” pillow.
Question:	Foam is off-gassing quite a bit and I just can't use it (the smell is vile!). Has anyone else had this issue and how did you resolve
Answer:	I have a very sensitive nose. I did not smell any odor from the foam. Maybe the foam is "old" so you might need to exchange it.
Question:	I like all the good reviews but it is foam and that tends to be hot. What do you think of this pillow in that respect? I sleep warm, I hate to sweat
Answer:	To me, it is cooler than a regular pillow since there is less contact with a pillow that is just at your neck as opposed to your whole head. it is not a cooling pillow and does not stop me from sweating on a hot night :)

Question:	Does this pillow have a pillow case with it
Answer:	It would be nice if there were some slip-on cases to go over the zippered case so it wouldn't have to be removed and washed so often. Being arthritic, I find it difficult to remove the zip on case on my other memory foam pillows and then put them back on.
Question:	Where can I buy more covers for this
Answer:	You would have to ask the seller but I'm guessing you can't. The cover does zip off to wash.
Question:	Can you sleep on your side using this pillow
Answer:	Yes. I sleep with the heck pillow and another pillow (for head) on my side.
