But, when you first get your pillows, we recommend that you let them sit for 24 hours so that they will start to expand. You can also put your pillows in the dryer for 5-10 minutes on a low, tumble dry setting and this will make them a lot softer and fuller. We recommend that you put your pillows in the dryer every 3-4 weeks to help them retain their shape and softness.Thank you,

We recommend the following: Take your pillow out and massage it for 1-2 minutes and let it sit out for 12 hours so the memory foam can expand. You can also place the pillow in the dryer for 10-20 minutes to fluff it up even more. Memory foam becomes softer with a high temperate. Answer:	Don't do it. I did, without the roller. I just knew I was being careful. Not. The wax heats fast and is more hot than you think. The hot wax melted the container and I ended up with 1st and 2nd degree burns on my abdomen. It was excruciating. I had to wait for the wax to cool before I could get it off. I spent much time in the MD office just to get the last bit of wax out. Nice thought, but so not worth it. Chuck it.

Answer:	You don't need to remove it! I've used mine without any problems. The cover is flat and, when replaced properly, you'll never notice it. That's the secret. Make sure it's replaced properly, and sleep on the opposite, smooth side. I LOVE THIS PILLOW!!
Question:	Since the pillows are so fluffy, will a queen pillow protector fit, or should I get a king size protector for a queen size pillow
Answer:	Yes, but you wouldn't need it there, it's for those that fall asleep in a car, it's used to support their neck
Question:	What is the ratio of down versus feathers...ie: % of down % and % of feathers for each of these 100% down Hungarian pillows
Answer:	As long as your headrests are adjustable and you have the metal posts, 3 inches
Question:	Do tags specify 100% goose down, or do they say something else
Answer:	It comes with one set, which includes two cushions, it is for 1 chair only

Question:	Can I wash the product
Answer:	I just checked again, and it fits around my car seat--it's an Audi Q5, mid-size SUV. I would say this is the largest seat it would accommodate.. Since I don' t know what kind of car seat you have--if it's one of those HUGE SUVs/truck type seats, then, no the strap won't stretch that much.
Question:	Will this be too large for a 5 year old child
Answer:	I dont think so since straps barely go around my desk chair. If you can get extended straps to click into the strap ends then it may work.
Question:	I lost small bag for a memory foam pillow. Can I just buy a small bag

Moss states, the cover of the Trtl Pillow Plus can be removed by pulling out the internal support one wing at a time. Once you've removed this, pop the scarf in to wash on a cold cycle and then drip dry (we don't recommend tumble drying the cover).
