Question:	Are these chemical/bleach proof for salon use
Answer:	I washed them when I first got them and no "fuzzy stuff"
Question:	Do you have charcoal gray hand towels
Answer:	The navy blue is darker than the blue in the flag.
Question:	How do I return them I wanted 12/12 size not the really big one
Answer:	They do absorb well. They stop having fuzz after about the third washing.
Question:	since this is 100% cotton, will it shrink? I want to put a grosgrain ribbon on the bottom of each towel...should I wash them in hot water first
Answer:	It's 500, stated by the manufacturer. It's ringspun cotton which means it'll never be on the higher side. Ringspun cotton is a thinner towel so lower weight.
