Answer:	When I had a problem with one of the poles, they were very responsive to my questions helped me resolve the problem.

Answer:	Hi Kerri, We did a shortened version of the pole, about 95” from the corner to the ceiling. We adjusted the tensioning piece about an extra 1-1 1/2” to give pole tension. If you put it in the corner opposite the shower faucet you will not need to put anything under it as the pole tension holds it in place. Hope this helps. Bernie
Question:	Will the hook on top hold the caddy by itself without it slipping off the showerhead? Suction cups won't work on my walls
