Answer:	The screen protector does not go all the way to the screen edge... it stays about 1/16 of an inch from the edge, and if properly centered, remains at this distance all the way around the screen.
Question:	How do you clean the outside? It seems that I am unable to disable the dispenser to wipe down the outside of it. What a mess
Answer:	As of 6/15/2020, I was told by the manufacturer that they no longer offer a "fix" for the white halo since they have determined the problem is due to customer improperly applying the product. Quote from XClear: "The halo effect being a result of dust or debris was the most common occurrence from our technical team's investigations from returns we had received from our products over a period of time." The truth: XClear has not designed a screen protector to properly fit the SE and yet they continue to market it for this phone.

Answer:	It is not electric. I don't know about the testing, however it doesn't operate correctly. It can dispense without our motion and make a mess on the counter. It is also not as large as shown. I am disappointed in it. I had one from Bath and Body for years that worked well.

HOW TO USE:



1.Insert 4 x new AAA batteries into the bottom compartment.

2.Unlock the top cover by twisting it anti-clockwise.

3. Pour liquid soap or disinfectant into the dispenser. Close top cap tightly

4. Press the power “ON” button for 2 seconds to switch on.

5. Put your hand under the sensor to let the dispenser start to work. Try several times until to soap comes out. Please be patient.

Answer:	Same. I'm glad it's not just me. It's driving me crazy. Sometimes if I sit and put my hand under it to get it to "run" 40-60 times it will start working again. I don't always have 15 minutes to do this correction
Question:	I bought this product and tried, it dispenses very very little soap at a time. Is there is a setting to increase the soap dispense quantity
Answer:	To change the foam mode, you press the same button you use to turn it on. To turn it on, HOLD DOWN the button for about three seconds. When it first comes on, it will dispense a small dollop of foam. To change to the larger dollop, press the on button, again.( Don't hold down the button.) It will dispense the larger portion, until you change it. I find if you come up from the bottom, you won't interrupt the sensor and get soap everywhere!

Answer:	WE USED MEMBERS MARK LIQUID SOAP. WHICH HAD TO BE DILUTED IN ORDER FOR THE PUMP TO WORK. IT ONLY LASTED A FEW MONTHS. THEN STOPPED ALL TOGETHER. WE BOUGHT ANOTHER BRAND AS A REPLACEMENT.
